In PALOMA-3, PALBACE® in combination with fulvestrant improved tumour response in premenopausal/perimenopausal and postmenopausal women.1

In patients with prior resistance to ET and visceral metastases, ORR* was 28% for PALBACE® in combination with fulvestrant (n=200) versus 6.7% with placebo + fulvestrant (n=104).2
*Defined as confirmed CR or PR.3
